her avant-garde approach towards fashion, Mariangeles Reygadas is the curator
of the first MEXICOUTURE collection. The fashion editor of L'Officiel Mexico
defines her curatorial work as a focus on every detail of each piece to state
that every garment is high quality in its construction and on the global offer
that MEXICOUTURE wants to communicate to the world, without making the
traditional Mexico aside.
The task was to analyze hundreds of pieces, each one of them is a branch of a giant tree called "Mexican Style". Just as there is an American sport and a French chic, we seek to identify Mexican fashion with a word. MEXICOUTURE has the best collection of each of its designers, which distinguishes them from each other and also is part of this new proposal that Mexico offers the international market.
